Providential Pictures Inc. is a faith-based film company, which was created to communicate sound biblical values through media productions that are family friendly, educational and entertaining. As a father of two, studio founder Cliff McDowell was acutely aware of the type of children’s video product that currently exists, and was eager to introduce a series that would help teach biblical truths to children. When the opportunity arose with Insight for Living to produce Paws & Tales The Animated Series^® he jumped on the idea.

The series is designed for children between the ages of 4 and 8, and is safe entertainment with faith-based values that parents can trust. The first two 3D-animated episodes of Paws & Tales were produced in 2004 and 2005, respectively. Production of the first series of 13 episodes was completed in August 2007, and production on this second series of 13 episodes is already underway. Watch for the full series to begin airing in North America and around the world by the fall of 2008.
